Policies

Prewriting and Position Papers:

• No prewriting of any kind is allowed in any committee

• Position papers are not required. If a delegate wishes to submit a position paper for feedback, they must do so a week in advance of the conference. Position papers can be sent digitally to the committee chairs.

Tech

• Tech will be allowed in both regular and specialized General Assemblies only for the sake of writing resolutions and working papers

• No tech will be used in Crisis Committees to write directives or crisis notes.

Food

• Food or snacks are allowed in committee sessions as long as it does not cause a disruption.

• Pizza will be provided for all delegates during lunch, but everyone is also welcome to leave the building to eat, so long as they are back by the time the committee returns to session.
